Safety Guidelines

To maintain the high standard of Woodloch tradition, the following guidelines have been designed for the safety of you and your guests at the Sports Complex.  Management and staff want to make your visit with us an enjoyable and safe experience.  Please take the time to read through these regulations.

Fitness Center

  • Ages 14-15  require adult supervision
  • Proper fitness attire is required-NO sandals/flip-flops and NO swimwear is allowed
  • Take cell phone conversation outside the gym
  • Rack the weights when you are done
  • No food or Beverages in the gym-WATER ONLY!
  • The warm up is a crucial part of a Group Fitness Class, please DO NOT enter a class once it is in
  • Please DO NOT enter a scheduled fitness class to perform your personal gym routine!
  • Wipe down equipment when you are finished using it!
  • Call extension 8143 should any problem arise.

Pool Area

  • Diving is not permitted in any of our pools.
  • No running on pool deck.
  • Please take the time to shower before and after pool use.
  • No food, glass bottles, and/or coolers allowed in pool area.
  • We have provided designated eating areas located inside and outside of the Sports Complex.
  • An adult must be present with all children under age 13.
  • No hanging on guided walk bars around pool area.
  • Towels are provided for our guests, and we request that you place them in our designated towel bins after use.
  • Adult Swim Time Only, from 6:30am to 10:00am every morning.
  • No lap swimming during Water Aerobic class times
  • Changing into and out of diapers or clothing is not permitted in pool area. We have changing stations in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms/locker rooms.
  • No diapers are to be worn in the pools.
  • Swim diapers may be purchased at the front desk.
  • Windows and doors must remain closed due to the climate controlled room.

Spa Rules

Risk of Fetal Damage

  • Pregnant women should consult physician prior to spa use.

Risk of Drowning

  • Persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high and/or low blood pressure should not use spa without prior medical consent and permission from their doctor.
  • Use caution when alone as over-exposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting.
  • The combination of alcohol and high temperatures may result in stroke or heart attack.

Risk of Injury

  • Enter and exit slowly, (three steps up and three steps down).
  • By state law, no one under age 14 is permitted to use Spa.
  • Do not exceed 15 minutes in Spa at any one time.


  • You must be 14 to use Steam Rooms.
  • Children over the age of 5 must use proper bathrooms.
