OFFERING MULTIPLE CLASS LENGTHS AND STYLES

Les Mills BODYFLOW® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

LesMills BODYFLOW Flexibility®: Get ready to revamp your flexibility! This class will begin with a tai chi warmup and move into sun salutations and hip openers. You will receive a combination of many different yoga movements to leave your body feeling stretched and refreshed.

LesMills BODYFLOW Strength®: With the main focus of this class being improving strength, it will begin with sun salutations and enhancing your standing strength and balance. It will develop your core strength with working on abdominals and back. This class will end with relaxation and meditation.

LesMills BODYFLOW Combo Class®: 45-minute version of the Bodyflow that combines all three elements: Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates.

LesMills BODYFLOW Master Class®: This class will combine different movements to improve stretch, core and flexibility! It will begin with a tai chi warmup followed by sun salutations moving right into standing strength and balance. Get ready to open those hips and work your core to end with relaxation and meditation to leave you with an open body and mind.
