Cardio HIIT and Strength Training: This is a one-hour and 15 minute class is designed to give you a fantastic Cardio Workout and Strength Workout. You will start with a 10 minute warm-up that will prepare your body for the Cardio HIIT MOVES. The Cardio HIIT Moves are challenging but can modified for all levels of fitness—Moves such as a jump rope, running stairs, burpees, etc—. After a 30 minute Cardio HIIT Workout you will transition into a strength workout using dumbbells. It will take focus and good form to gain the benefits from the strength portion of this workout. Our instructors will coach you through this! The class will end with a full body stretch.
Cardio Jam: Nobody teaches a cardio dance blast like Retta! She is so fun! She will instruct you through some great dance moves/choreography that are easy to follow with some great music!
Core & Stretch: The class will focus on core strength and stability, giving you tighter, flatter abs or that 6 pack you’ve always wanted. A gentle stretch using movement that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength and improve muscular balance
Boxing Circuit: This class combines basic boxing fundamentals and more to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. “More” = other strength and cardio classes that will help with overall fitness. A Prop). This workout is different and will test your balance and stability.
Alternating FREE DEMO CLASS: We want to give you an opportunity to try some of the BOGAFIT and TRX Classes we offer. We understand that some participants might be apprehensive to try something different. But these FREE Demo Classes will give you an opportunity to experience the workout to see if it is something you want to incorporate into your weekly routine. This class will be posted from week to week.
