Level 1 - Pool Area

Indoor Pool
Enjoy our state of the art, wave-less indoor pool. The pool dimensions are 60 feet x 32 feet. 44 laps = mile. The deepest end of the pool is 6 ½ feet, while the shallow end is 3 feet. The pool temperature is kept at a very comfortable 84 degrees.
There is adult lap swimming everyday from 7am – 10am.

Whirlpool average temperature - 102 degrees.
You must 14 years old to use the whirlpool.

Wading Pool Average temperature - 92 degrees.

Certified Lifeguards on Staff at all times.
All lifeguards are certified through Starguard. They are trained in CPR, first aid, AED, bloodborne pathogens and life saving skills. All lifeguards perform 4 hours of In-Service training for every 80 hours they work. We are dedicated and committed to the safety of our members and guests.

Fitness Pro-Shop
Forget your bathing suit? No need to worry. We offer a boutique-style fitness pro-shop where we sell bathing suits, goggles, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and other pool & fitness attire.

Snack Bar/Cocktail Bar
The snack bar/cocktail bar offers hot dogs, nachos, ice cream, pretzels, etc. As well as beer, wine, hard liquors and soda.

Level 2 - Fitness Center

Equipment:

Cardiovascular:
2 Ellipticals, 7 treadmills, 2 upright bikes, 3 recumbent bikes

On each cardio piece of equipment there are broadcast vision receptors that can be tuned into 5 televisions.
Members are requested to provide their own headphones in order to access Broadcast Vision.

Strength equipment:
Smith machine, leg press, leg extension, chest press, lat pull down, bicep curl, hip abductor, hip adductor, free weights, multi-use benches, cybex cable cross machine.

Exercise Area:
Exercise area with safe wood suspended floor for floor exercise comfort. Full length mirrors ensure proper form. Mats, balls, stretch bands, steppers and hand weights available.

Personal Training:
One - on - One personal training program, utilizes goal setting, instruction, training and motivational techniques to assist in achieving your fitness goals. We have certified, educated trainers, who will guide you through a program from the initial consultation through post-program maintenance.

1 Session: $45.00

3 Sessions: $125.00(save $10!)

12 Sessions: $500.00(save $40!)

Machine Orientation:
Machine orientations are offered to new members, and existing members. Machine Orientations are vital for effectiveness and safety. The session will provide you with proper seat settings for all the equipment so you can receive the ultimate workout from the machines. All members are encouraged to take advantage of our FREE one-on-one machine orientation with a staff member.

Tanning:

Daily rate: Members: $7 Non-members: $10

5 Tanning Sessions: Member: $31 Non-members: $50

7 Tanning Sessions: Member: $42 Non-members: $61

Member 1 Month Unlimited - $55

Non-member 1 month unlimited - $65

Sauna:
The Co-ed dry heat sauna is located on the 2nd floor.

NEW FITNESS CENTER RULE: NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS OLD IS PERMITTED IN THE FITNESS CENTER (As of December 1, 2007)

Level 3 - Party/Class/Meeting Room

The newly renovated multi use room is used for parties, classes, WeightWatcher meetings, Wellness Programs and more.
