Water Aerobics:
|
The Springs Sports
Complex is pleased to be one of the few pools in
the area that offers an extensive variety of
water aerobics classes. We have the latest water
aerobic equipment, from water weights, hand
gloves for resistance, noodles, lap boards, and
water weight belts for deep water exercises. All
our instructors are certified, and regularly
take classes to educate themselves on new
techniques in water aerobics.
Our water aerobic
classes include Aqua Combo, a fun class which
includes a warm up, a 35-minute class combining
both shallow and deep water exercises, and a
five minute cool down. It is low impact, easy to
follow, yet challenging even for the experienced
exerciser. It consists of water walking,
jogging, kicks, and kick-boxing. Remember it’s
all what you put into it!

Yoga

meditation, gentle flowing yoga and soothing

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is sometimes described as “meditation in motion“ because it promotes serenity through gentle movements. You perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. |

If you like to get your groove on, well then you don't want to miss this great cardio class. This fun, sultry class incorporates dance moves such at the "Brittany", "Pulp Fiction", "The Cow Girl" and MUCH, MUCH, MORE! It is fun and fabulous! And, a great cardio workout! |
